COW MILK

Texture & Use: Lighter, thinner, better for everyday drinking, tea, coffee, and cereals.
Nutrition: Lower fat (3-4%), calories, and protein; higher water content and Vitamin A.
Benefits: Easier to digest, good for weight management, cholesterol control, and generally lighter on the stomach.

BUFFALO MILK

Texture & Use: Thick, creamy, ideal for heavy dairy products like paneer, ghee, malai, kulfi, and desserts.
Nutrition: Higher fat (7-8%), protein, calories, and calcium; lower in cholesterol.
Benefits: Provides more energy, helps with weight gain, stronger bones, and fuller feeling.
